Below you will find various sample menu's.  These menu's are here to help with your own ideas regarding the type of event you are planning.  They aer just samples of dishes that we can prepare.  We are able, and happy to prepare anything that you suggest whether you are looking for Specialty Dishes, International Cuisine, or Homestyle Cooking.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions or further assistance, we are here to help you with your plans from start to finish.  

Herb's Specialty Catering can prepare a Banquet Dinner Buffet if the number of guests exceeds thirty people. You may select any dishes from the sample menu below, or you may substitute any item with your own personal favorite.  Alternatively, we can discuss your own menu ideas and custom create a menu that appeals to your own personal tastes.  Menu's include Chef's Dessert and Warm Rolls & Butter.
